Puppy University Programme

For many dogs, grooming is an integral part of their life. Why not give them the best possible start by enrolling them into our Puppy University Programme. Step by step we will introduce your puppy to the grooming process, with lots of praise and encouragement to ensure it's never a stressful experience. We believe that this method helps us to create the best possible bond with you and your pet.

Step 1 - Puppy Socialisation

Your delightful puppy will spend 60 minutes with us, getting used to the sights, smells and sounds of the salon. At the end of the session you will spend 10 minutes with a stylist learning basic brushing and combing techniques and they can answer any questions you may have.

Step 2 - Puppy Bath

Your puppy will be bathed in our special puppy shampoo, blow dried and fully combed out. We will clear the hair around the eyes, feet and hygiene areas. We then familiarise your puppy to the clipper to ensure they are feeling confident for their upcoming full Groom.

Step 3 - Puppy Groom

Now it's time for the main event! Your puppy will have their first full groom, to your desired requirements.

Puppy Enrollment

Puppies must be less than 6 months old to be enrolled into our Puppy University Programme, and Step 3 must be carried out by 7 months. Prices start at £100 and are dependent on size, temperament and coat condition. Members of our puppy university programme also enjoy a 15% discount on all items sold in the shop.

Please note: All prices are a rough estimate and are dependent on size, coat condition, temperament, style required and time taken to perform services. Your stylist will be able to advise you on the price during your consultation so there's no surprises.
